These delicious banana buckwheat pancakes are full of fertility boosting B vitamins and protein.
2 ripe bananas
60g of buckwheat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Butter or Coconut Oil for frying
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan, just enough to cover the base.
Add the batter - Do not make the pancakes too large, as the batter is fairly delicate.
Cook until golden, then flip gently.
Serve immediately with pure maple syrup.
